Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “TOS”) carefully before using the website MusicWear.shop (“Service”) operated by MusicWear (“us”, “we”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Worldwide Services and Product Availability

  • On-Demand Production: MusicWear operates on a made-to-order production system. Every item is manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed through our international fulfillment network.
  • Processing and Shipping Time: Total delivery time includes Production Time (typically 2–5 business days) plus Shipping Time. All delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, as they depend on carrier performance and destination.
  • Live Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on destination, weight, and current carrier rates. Any temporary surcharges imposed by carriers during peak seasons are automatically integrated into the final shipping cost at checkout.
  • Product Representation: We strive for maximum accuracy. However, due to the nature of garment-dyeing processes and screen calibrations, slight variations in color shades or print placement may occur.

Pricing, Payment, and International Obligations

  • International Duties & Taxes: For orders outside the EU or US, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. MusicWear does not collect these fees and cannot predict their amount.
  • Required Information: For international and Express shipping, a valid contact phone number is required. Failure to provide a phone number may result in shipping delays or order cancellation.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to production. Requests for cancellations or modifications must be made within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, orders cannot be altered or stopped.

Returns and Refunds

  • Our policy is governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Important: Since every item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection. Please consult our size guides carefully before ordering.

Intellectual Property

  • All content (designs, logos, text, and graphics) is the property of MusicWear. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or sale of our designs is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
