1. Order Fulfillment (Production Time)

Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, your order is printed and embroidered only after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Standard Fulfillment: 2–5 business days.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, fulfillment may take up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

Once your order is ready, we ship it through our global network of fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days.
  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days.
  • International: 10–20 business days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day the order is placed.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey through our carrier’s website.

4. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union (or the region of fulfillment), your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
