Refund and Returns Policy
Given that MusicWear.shop operates on a made-to-order production model, our policy focuses on print quality, product defects, and order accuracy. Every item is unique and produced exclusively for you.
Refunds Due to Error or Defect
If you receive a product that is defective or different from what you ordered, we take full responsibility. Our goal is to ensure your apparel meets the highest standards.
- Covered Cases: Manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, tears), incorrect product delivery (wrong size, color, or design), or printing errors (e.g., misaligned or damaged prints).
- Procedure: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send an email to info@musicwear.shop including your order number, a description of the issue, and high-resolution photos/videos clearly showing the defect.
- Resolution: If the error is confirmed, we will provide a product replacement or a full refund. In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item. If a physical return is authorized by our team, it must be sent to our business address: 118D Kifisias Ave., Athens 115 26, Greece.
Exchanges and Size Selection
Because every product is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer.
- Size Charts: We strongly encourage you to consult the Size Chart located on every product page BEFORE finalizing your purchase to ensure a perfect fit.
- Exception: If the product received does not match the dimensions listed in our Size Chart (e.g., it is mislabeled or out of standard tolerance), please contact us for a replacement.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is lost during transit, we will resolve the issue with the carrier.
- Procedure: If you have not received your order within 15 business days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
- Resolution: Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
- Note: We are not responsible for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier or for lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of on-demand production, returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
- Products damaged due to improper care or use after delivery.
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address or failed to collect the package.
